It could have been given to them way before the qualifications, then Philippines could've sent more athletes. Thus, more possibility of Gold medals for us. If only those 1M Peso reward is given when the athletes were still training and wanting more exposure to the games then the chances of getting the Gold is more possible. Nonetheles, I salute our Filipino athletes especially those who spent their own money just to represent us. Just to give pride to the country.
